


Harry Sutherland, Producer
Harry Sutherland is President of Long Tale Entertainment Ltd., a Vancouver production company specializing in innovative feature films and long-form documentaries. Last year he released across Canada the feature film Eighteen with Brendan Fletcher, Carly Pope, Alan Cumming and Ian McKellen. He has recently produced the feature documentary ScaredSacred, winner of the Jury Prize at the Toronto International Film Festival (2004) and the Genie for Best Documentary. He is presently releasing the two-hour HD special Lost Secrets of Ancient Medicine, produced for NHK, ARTE, Vision TV and the CBC.
In the past four years Harry has been developing projects in China including a co-production with the Shanghai Documentary Channel, a documentary for the Hengdian Studio and a feature film, The China Clipper, to be co-produced with the Hengdian Studio.
Sutherland also has several documentaries in development including Horizontal Everest with History Television and Longboarding with CTV. He has two theatrical documentaries in development, Base Camp and Out Of History.
Marc Borja
Marc has worked in the film industry in as a production assistant, office assistant and in production accounting for seven years. During this time he has been developing his skills as a script writer. He has taken advantage of his role on productions to study scripts and observe their application in the production process. During this time he has also worked with story editor Donald Martin to develop his writing skills. Vanilla Manila is his first script.
